Pensacola Beach Sunset Family Session

There’s a stretch of beach between Pensacola and Navarre Beaches that I love. There are no buildings around, so the backdrop for photos is all beach. This was a beautiful fall evening at that particular spot. September is a fantastic time of year to visit the Emerald Coast, as the air is still warm but not blazing hot, and the water has not yet gotten cold.

This sweet family was such a joy. I had so much fun with them. While they tried to stay dry, it was an exceptionally windy day at the beach which meant big waves, and those waves caught us off guard. So we finally just got them in the water fully, and it was such a blast! The water is a great way to add joy and laughter into a session, because when a big wave crashes over you, you can’t help but laugh!
